Illinois Actions for Seniors provides home care and advocate services for residential seniors and nonresidential seniors living in their immediate homes, nursing homes or supportive living facilities. Our mission is to equip seniors with the necessary tools to continue being residents within the proprieties of their own estates.
We are a licensed organization by the Illinois Department of Public Health and Partners with the American Veterans Care Connection (AVCC) dedicated to improving the quality of life for seniors in our community. For the past six-years, I have been actively developing plans and programs that address the unique challenges faced by seniors and promote their overall well-being while residing under the care of professionals.
Our objective is to establish a comprehensive system that actively monitors and safeguards the well-being of seniors residing in facilities, while additionally providing excellent care for seniors living at home.
Our comprehensive Residential Advocate Services empower residential seniors and non-residential seniors residing at home, in nursing and supportive living facilities with the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize signs of neglect, implement preventive measures, and promote compassionate care practices. Additionally, we conduct trainings for seniors and their families to raise awareness about their rights, available resources, and methods of reporting any concerns. Through these initiatives, we aim to create a safe and supportive environment for seniors in residential homes or facilities.
We are excited to introduce a reliable home health care service dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals in the comfort of their own homes.
Our mission is to provide personalized care and support to enhance the well-being and independence of our clients, empowering them to live life to the fullest.
We understand that not all senior clients wish to reside, continue residing or rely on others outside of their natural eco-systems, therefore we are providing excellent service to seniors within the regions of their very own territories, called "Home."
Residential Advocates provide critical supportive services in a way that is compassionate and adheres to culturally appropriate best practices and agency expectations.
Advocates provide day-to-day case management, representation, and crisis intervention to clients within the medical and non-medical scope of services.
We will collaborate with local authorities and regulatory bodies to establish an effective monitoring system for facilities and stay-at-home clients.
This will involve regular inspections, anonymous reporting channels, and timely investigations to address any reported cases of neglect promptly.
We are establishing a dedicated helpline and resource center for all seniors, their families, and legal representatives that ensures concerns are addressed promptly and necessary actions are taken to safeguard the seniors' well-being.
