About Us

“We are committed to ensuring the safety, well-being, and support of seniors, children, and adults, including those with Down syndrome and autism, helping them live free from neglect and receive the personalized care they deserve.”

Illinois Actions for Seniors & Community provides home care and advocacy services for seniors, as well as children and adults with Down syndrome or autism, whether they live in their own homes, nursing homes, or supportive living facilities. Our mission is to equip individuals with the necessary tools and support to live safely and independently within their own homes or communities.

We are a licensed organization by the Illinois Department of Public Health and partner with state and local agencies dedicated to improving the quality of life for all community members. Over the past six years, we have developed programs and plans that address the unique challenges faced by seniors, children, and adults with disabilities, promoting their well-being and ensuring they receive professional care.

Our objective is to establish a comprehensive system that actively monitors and safeguards the safety, health, and overall well-being of individuals in facilities, while providing excellent care and support for those living at home.

For your peace of mind

Our Services

Our Comprehensive Advocate Services empower seniors, whether they reside at home, in nursing homes, or supportive living facilities, with the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize signs of neglect, implement preventive measures, and promote compassionate care practices.

We also support children and adults with Down syndrome or autism, providing guidance and advocacy to ensure their safety, well-being, and access to quality care.

Additionally, we conduct training sessions for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and their families to raise awareness about their rights, available resources, and methods for reporting concerns. Through these initiatives, we aim to create safe, supportive, and inclusive environments for all members of our community.
